The Hamilton Family has resided in and around Gonzales County for 4 generations. We are now happy to offer our customers local, grass-fed and finished beef.

When our family began discussing the possibility of getting back in the ranching business, we decided that we weren’t happy with the grain-fed, feed-lot food system that currently runs the beef markets. We knew we wanted to feed our own family differently by having healthy, grass-fed beef.

We believe cows are meant to eat grass and herd together, and they deserve to be treated humanely and be cared for in a way that honors their nature. By giving them plenty of high-quality grass and using a rotational grazing system, we are able to raise healthy, happy animals.

 

By raising happy, healthy animals we offer our customers a high-quality, nutrient dense beef that they can feel good about consuming. We currently buy our calves locally and bring them out to “the farm,” just outside of Gonzales, TX. You can request a visit to come out and see our herd and the place where they enjoy Texas native grasses, as well as a field lush with Klein grass. There’s no wondering what you’re consuming, because our cows are only fed grass and are processed in a local and state inspected processing facility.

We want the best beef for our own family, and we are happy to be able to provide you and your family with our grass raised and finished beef.
