Our goal is to make your ordering process as simple as possible.

*Allow up to 8 weeks for product processing and packaging to be completed. If cut selection is available in our freezer stock we can fulfill orders within a few days. Pick-up days will be scheduled in New Braunfels 78130 and Gonzales 78629, TX. We happily service the San Antonio Tx and Austin Tx Metro areas. We currently do not offer shipping services.

25 Lb Butcher Boxes

–Available Now–

$240 – 25 Pound Box of mixed steaks and roasts. Three options are available. T-bone (2) steaks box, Rib-eye (2) steaks box, Mixed steaks (1 Rib-eye, 1 T-bone) box, BBQ box with (1) 1/2 brisket, and (1) flank or skirt steak. A deposit of $100 is required to secure your box. The final payment is due on or before pickup. All Boxes will come with 2 roasts, 5 lbs of tenderized round steak, a pack of soup bones, a pack of stew meat while supplies last, and at least 10 lbs of ground beef.

1/4 Beef Share including packaging. 1/2 beef orders are priced the same and come with custom butchering.

$6.50/Lb – Accepting orders for Summer 2024

~$750 (approx 100-125 lbs in hanging weight.) Vacuum sealed packaging and Texas State inspection included. The final payment is due on or before pickup.

A deposit of $250 is required to secure your share. (Payment options below.)

Whole Beef including packaging

$5.50/Lb – Accepting orders to be fulfilled Summer 2024

~ $2,750.00-$3,570 (approx 500 to 650 lbs in hanging weight.) Vacuum sealed packaging and Texas State inspection included. The final payment is due on or before pickup.

A deposit of $600 is required to secure your order.
